Pannonian Water from Belgrade Buys Water Factory in Zrenjanin

The Water Factory in Zrenjanin (Fabrika Vode Zrenjanin) has been sold for RSD 417 million, as confirmed by the court executor Dragan Nikolic for the Vojvodina-based portal Voice.

The purchaser of the facility is Pannonian Water DOO from Belgrade.

According to eKapija’s insight into the data from the website of the Business Registers Agency, Pannonian Water was founded on November 3, 2021, with the seat in New Belgrade. The collection, treatment and distribution of water are listed as its activities.

In addition to Serbia, the directors come from Great Britain, India and Canada. It is a member of EmSerb Water FZE from the United Arab Emirates.

According to the website, so far, they’ve realized over 3,000 projects in the fields of desalination, waste water treatment and recycling, industrial water of high purity and waste waters, ultrafiltration and polishing in locations all over the world.

This is “a global investor and operator of facilities for water, waste water and alternative energy, with a clear market-oriented approach, a huge financial base and a healthy and experienced management which defines its offer in the industry in a unique way”.

Two years ago, they opened the world’s biggest waste water treatment facility for agriculture in Egypt – Al Mahsamma, with a capacity of 1 million cubic meters per day.
