Finally, contract on privatization of “Napredak” signed – «Delta M» did not give up

Although “Delta M” bought Stara Pazova-based Stock Company “Napredak” on tender on November 3rd, the signing of the sales contract has been constantly postponed.

Finally, the contract was signed two days ago. According to the contract, this agricultural company was sold for €19.8m, €7.8m of which will be paid to the State, whereas €12m will be invested in the company during the follwing four years. The property of “Delta agrar” of 21,000 cultivated fields was increased two days ago by “Napredak’s” 6,300 ha of the most fertile Srem’s soil.
