Receivables Worth a Billion Dinars of Nova Agrobanka in Bankruptcy Offered for RSD 352 Million

The Deposit Insurance Agency has put the receivables of RSD 1.006 billion of Nova Agrobanka in bankruptcy up for sale at an initial price of RSD 352 million.

The ad says that the agency cannot guarantee that the receivables can be collected, but that interested parties will be provided with an insight into the legal and financial documentation that pertains to the receivables of Nova Agrobanka.

Natural and legal persons that want to take part in the bidding are obliged to pay a deposit of RSD 60,000 for the purpose of sales documentation buyout. After the natural and legal persons file to the agency proof of the payment of the fee for the sales documentation, they will receive the Non-Disclosure Agreement. The persons who sign the agreement will have the right to carry out a legal and economic analysis of said receivables.

The waiving of the receivables of Nova Agrobanka will take place through public bidding at an auction that will be held at noon on February 14 on the first floor of the building at 3-5 Sremska Street in Belgrade.
