Ktitor concluded deal worth 30 million euros with Russian Intera-Invest-Stroj

Ktitor signed a long-term agreement today with Russian Intera-Invest-Stroj on the delivery of furniture for the facilities constructed by the latter in the countries of former Soviet Union.

- The ten-year agreement is worth 30 million euros and it concerns the export of Ktitor's furniture to Russia, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan - it was said today in the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (SCC) on the occasion of the signing of the agreement.

- The first phase of the agreement is the furnishing of the interior at two hippodromes in Turkmenistan, in the cities of Balkanabat and Turkmanabat, and the value of the deal is 560,000 euros - Inter-Invest-Stroj Deputy Director General Aleksej Staroljetov said in the SCC.

He specified that the CEO and co-owner of Inter-Invest-Stroj was Dragomir Karic and that that company would be constructing a building of the Olympics organizational committee in Sochi and that there was enough space for further and broader cooperation with the companies from Serbia.

Ktitor President Milija Milosavljevic said that the deadline for the delivery of furniture to Turkmenistan was the end of year 2010 and that his company's offer was 20% cheaper than the offer of a Turkish manufacturer.

Vladan Jevtic, one of the deputy directors of Inter-Invest-Stroj, said that the scope of works of that engineering company on the territory of former Soviet Union was so big that they could employ up to additional 2,500 workers of all profiles, including vocational workers.

Jevtic invited construction companies from Serbia to contact Intera-Invest-Stroj for a possible cooperation.

On the occasion of the signing of the agreement with Ktitor, Milanka Karic spoke in the SCC on behalf of Alliance BK Group, run by the Karic family. She pointed out that that company wanted to help the revival of the production in Serbia and the export of quality and competitive products from that country.
