Konvers group Russia is not allowed to take over Kulska Banka and enter Serbia’s market ?

Konvers group, which value is estimated to few hundreds of billions of USD, will not enter market of Serbia. Radovan Jelašić, the Governor of the National Bank of Serbia, confirmed that Konvers group, which owned several banks, wanted to take over Kulska banka and that NBS did not approve of that. Unofficially, some other bank from Hungary is going to buy part of Kulska Bank.
