JDC Austria loses Azotara Pančevo ?

Bankruptcy council of Trade court in Subotica has refused to write off debt of €4m, which is the amount the company JDC from Austria should pay for procurement of Azotara (Fertilizer Factory) Subotica. The buyer was offered to pay the second installment prior to January 27, 2006, or to come to an agreement with the biggest creditor, Vojvođanska banka, about purchase of the remaining payment of €4m. If JDC does not choose one of the offered options, the contract will be broken for sure.
