After the big transaction involving the shares of Alfa Plam, which took place on Friday, when leading shareholder Amasis, a member of Alco Group, acquired the ownership share of 48.5%, this company has announced the intention for the takeover of remaining 51.5% of shares.

Amasis has promised to send an official bid for takeover to each individual shareholder after it receives the decision from the Securities Commission. The only thing that is still unknown is the price that will be included in the expected bid for takeover since the achieved pondered value of Alfa's shares in the transaction on Friday was significantly lower than the earlier quarterly average price.

Also, it is possible that the Securities Commission will examine the connection between Amasis and A Auto Vanero (the seller of 24% of shares) since it is obvious that they have had some joint activities in the near past, although the officials of Alco Group have denied any connection with that investor.
