Sports hall reconstruction and refurbishment project presented in SC Cair

The sports hall reconstruction and refurbishment project has been presented in Sports Center (SC) Cair. Works on the reconstruction of the sports hall are underway and the works on the reconstruction of the roof structure, toilets and locker rooms are currently in progress. That is only the beginning of the reconstruction of the sports hall that will, once completed, get a brand new look, as well as 1,200 new seats and two central stairways for spectators. All works are carried out in phases so that the sports matches, exhibitions and other manifestations can be held even during the refurbishment process.
According to the new project, in addition to the existing four, another two locker rooms for sportsmen will be built. There will also be a medical block at 130 square meters. Construction of a gym and a wellness center is also in the pipeline. After the reconstruction, the surface around the sports hall will be covered so that the sports complex will get 600 square meters of commercial space. The new project also envisages the construction of a restaurant with 150 seats, 8 VIP boxes, press center with 50 seats and 4 press boxes with separate entrances. According to the reconstruction project, the sports hall will get a brand new interior, a new air-conditioning system, as well as telescopic, that is, movable stands.
Once the works are completed, the sports hall in Cair will be ready for the biggest sports events. It will be a representative sports facilities that meets high standards for the organization of sports contests and facilitates better communication between the organizers, spectators, sportsmen and journalists.
Upon the construction of outdoor swimming pools and reconstruction of Cair sports hall, as well as complete reconstruction of the stadium in Cair, Nis will get a unique sports complex. With the construction of all these facilities, Nis will renew and finish the construction of the complete sports infrastructure. Over the previous year, after organizing a large number of world and European contests, Nis has already proved that it deserves to host big sports events.
