Construction of Building with Six Apartments Planned in Vracar

A new building is to be raised at 38 Lamartinova Street in the Belgrade neighborhood of Vracar. The investor is a private person, and the urban project is prepared by Ductwork from New Belgrade.

The new facility consists of two underground levels (garages), a basement, four floors (including a ground floor) and a loft. The total net area is 1,020.97 m2. The design features six apartments.

The garage is meant for eight passenger vehicles (4+4 parking spaces). In the part of the basement which is not occupied by the garage, all the necessary technical rooms and auxiliary tenant rooms are located.

The basement features a three-room residential unit oriented toward the yard, whose living space is primarily oriented to the south, whereas the bedroom block is oriented toward the east. The open area of the apartment is partially an area paved with tiles, designed above the garage. This level also features shared auxiliary and technical rooms.

At the ground floor level, next to the residential entrance to the facility with a wind shield and a room for switchboards, the plan also includes a two-room residential unit oriented toward the yard, primarily oriented toward the south.

Each of the upper three floors features one four-room residential unit with a south-north orientation.

The loft features a three-room residential unit with a north-south orientation.

The residential entrance and the underground garage (through a car-lift) are accessed directly from Lamartinova Street.
