Simpler procedure for registration of employees - One instead of three forms

Starting today, the procedure for registration of employees will be simpler since employers will need to fill in only one instead of three

Employers earlier had to submit the mandatory social insurance documents of almost the same contents to three different institutions - the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, the Medical Insurance Institute, and the National Employment Agency, while now the whole job can be done by filling in a single form and submitting it to only one institution.

Employers are now able to choose whether to submit application forms to one of the offices of the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund or the Medical Insurance Fund. The institution that receives the form will forward the data electronically the same day to all other mandatory insurance agencies.

Unique forms can be downloaded from the website of the Fund - http://www.pio.rs/sr/cr/, or the Medical Insurance Institute - http://www.rzzo.rs/, and they can also be bought in the bookstores of the Official Bulletin.

This unique application form contains the information on the employee, the employer and the insurance basis (pension, medical and for non-employed).

The form is the same for registration, change of information, and unregistration of employees.
