Government of Serbia Adopts Decree on Market Premium and Decree on Market Premium Agreement Model for Renewable Energy Sources

The Government of Serbia yesterday adopted two decrees pertaining to the regulation of the field of renewable energy sources. These are the Decree on Market Premium and the Decree on the Market Premium Agreement Model, as confirmed for eKapija by the PR service of the Government of Serbia.

According to the Decree on Market Premium Agreement Model, parties to the agreement regulate the mutual rights and obligations, as well as the conditions and the manner of the payment of the market premium for power plants and other rights and obligations in line with the Law on the Use of Renewable Energy Sources.
