Good Properties to Build New Residential-Office Building in New Belgrade – Business Apartments Planned Too

The company Good Properties plans to build a new residential-office facility in Vojvodjanska Street in New Belgrade.

The construction parcel has access by two traffic routes to Vojvodjanska Street, from the southeast side and Pere Segedinca Street, on the northwest side of the parcel. The parcel is nearly rectangular and located on a flat ground.

A residential-office building, with a basement and six floors (including the ground floor and the loft), is to be built on the construction parcel. Construction in phases is not planned.

The garage has a capacity of 65 parking spaces, 62 of which are designed as a Wohr Parklift 450 (360-210) system, whereas three parking spaces have the proscribed dimensions for people with disabilities.

A total of 43 apartments are designed within the facility on the upper floors, business space is planned for the ground floor, and three business apartments are planned on the first upper floor (second floor).

The net usable residential floor area is 3,295.28 m2, and the net business area is 911.72 m2. The total net usable floor area is 4,207 m2.

The main contractor is the company Dalmak from Belgrade.
