Privatization of DDOR Novi Sad next year

The State should announce name of the privatization councillor for DDOR Novi Sad very soon, which will be followed by announcement of the tender for privatization of the insurance company.
The State is the owner of over 50% of assets, about 32% are owned by Slovenian partners, whereas the rest is in the hands of minor stockholders. In accordance with the obligations toward IMF, majority owner, i.e. Ministry of Finance, decided to sell its package of stocks and we expect that the privatization will be carried out until the end of the next year – president of the Administrative Board of DDOR Novi Sad, Boris Marović, announced.
