Mott MacDonald consulting company opened office in Belgrade

Mott MacDonald has opened a new office in Serbia as part of its expansion plans for the Western Balkans. The official launch of Mott MacDonald’s Belgrade office was held at the residence of H.E. Mr Stephen Wordsworth, British Ambassador to Serbia, on 16 September 2010.
More than 120 people attended the launch including officials from various government ministries, clients, local partners as well as other key players in the region.In addition, several Mott MacDonald staff from the UK, the Netherlands and neighbouring countries visited Belgrade for this special opportunity to meet existing and potential clients. The new office in Belgrade will provide services to Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
- At the moment we are mainly focused on providing services to international funding bodies such as the European Union, EIB, EBRD and the World Bank. In the near future we hope to be able to become a key local player, offering our full range of services to both local and international clients in the region - said Maja Rejger, Mott MacDonald's country manager.
The company's aim is to offer its clients the full offering of its professional services portfolio from design, research, project and business management to risk analysis across most infrastructure sectors – power, water and environment, health and education, communications, institutional development, buildings and transportation.
