Company Turjak Selling Resort in Ulcinj, Initial Price EUR 750,600

The Rozaje-based company Turjak has advertised a new sale of land and a resort in Ulcinj.

The tender shows that the land in question consists of building parcels 6971 and 6972, whose area is 6,255 m2, and which are located in the settlement of Djerane. The initial price is EUR 120 per square meter, that is, a total of EUR 750,600, and the text of the tender notes that the price includes the buildings located on the parcels, that is, the resort that the company owns in Ulcinj.

Bids may be submitted by November 9, at 11 AM. They will be opened a day later, on November 10, at 11 AM at the premises of the resort in Ulcinj.

The company also advertised a sale of said parcels at the end of 2021, at a price of EUR 200 per square meter. As we can see, the price has now been lowered to EUR 120 per square meter.
