Belgrade Company Vorex-Inzenjering Put up for Sale for RSD 423.7 Million

The bankruptcy supervisor of the mixed company for construction, transport and commerce Vorex-Inzenjering from Belgrade has advertised the sale of this bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity.

The estimated value of the property is RSD 847.4 million, the deposit for the participation in the public bidding is RSD 169.48 million, whereas the initial price at the public bidding is RSD 423.7 million.

The most important property consists of unregistered co-ownership of two facilities in Milutina Milankovica Street in New Belgrade, with areas of 2,716.97 m2 and 2,323.94 m2, with the accompanying equipment and inventory. Both facilities are in the process of legalization.

The public bidding will be held on November 22, 2021.
