Energoprojekt Visokogradnja, as the contractor, and OAO Komizhilstroy from Syktyvkar in Russia, as the investor, have signed an agreement on construction of a residential complex in the city of Syktyvkar in Russia, at total surface of 27,000 square meters.
The value of the contracted works is about 5 million euros. The deadline for realization of the project is 18 months.
