Kuwaiti national investment company entered ownership structure of AIK Banka

The data provided by the Central Register show that the Kuwaiti national investment company has entered the ownership structure of AIK Banka by purchasing 0.10% or 8,800 shares of that bank.

Austrian UniCredit Bank has also strengthened its position, while ING from Luxembourg and domestic trade company Angrokolonijal sold some shares.

Over the last few days, trading in the shares of AIK Banka has been reduced significantly and it amounts to about RSD 1m. Somewhat bigger turnover, worth over 6 million dinars, was registered on Thursday. The price of shares has not changed significantly and it ranges between RSD 2,800 and 2,900.

The Nis-based bank drew special attention of the investment public in July when it was announced that its biggest owner - Greek ATE Bank with the share of 20%, did not manage to pass the stress-test conducted on the level of the European Union.

According to the price from yesterday's trading, market capitalization of the most profitable bank on the Belgrade Stock Exchange amounted to 23.4 billion dinars, which is about 222 million euros.
