Third tender for YRS soon - BPA London Limited UK and Tomic i partneri as privatization advisers

After two unsuccessful attempts at selling Yugoslav River Shipping (YRS), the Privatization Agency is preparing a new request for tender.

It will be helped in that by BPA London Limited UK and Belgrade-based Law firm Tomic i partneri, which is, together with "subcontractor" BPA London consulting company in Belgrade, rehired to provide consulting services in the privatization process.

The third public call is planned to be announced for Yugoslav River Shipping since the Agreement on sale of 70% of public capital by public tender has been terminated.
