Bajatovic: Prices and Quantities of Gas to Remain Stable in Serbia

The director of Srbijagas, Dusan Bajatovic, stated that the prices and the quantities of gas would remain stable in Serbia.

– We have a strategic partnership with the Russian Gazprom. We heard that the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, said that we had a new strategic partnership with Gazprom. Everything that has been done so far has been done in line with the European standards. There will be new projects as well – Bajatovic said for TV Pink.

He said that the “gas equation” in Europe could not be solved without Russia.

Bajatovic added that it was especially important for us to realize what is happening and said that the inflation was not only a consequence of the problem with energy sources.

– We don’t have to worry about the quantities, we don’t have to worry about energy stability. If it’s needed, we will put the thermal power plant in Pancevo into operation. We don’t have to worry at this moment – Bajatovic emphasized.
