Company Adamogradnja Selling Land in New Belgrade for RSD 100 Million

The construction company Adamogradnja from Belgrade is selling land in New Belgrade with an area of 36,942 m2, whose estimated value is RSD 200 million.

The initial price at the public bidding is 50% of the estimated value, that is, RSD 100 million, and the deposit for taking part in the public bidding is RSD 40 million.

This is agricultural land, third-class farming land by purpose, which is located between the Savski Nasip and Petrac Kanal locations, around 1.8 km from the turning in Block 71, toward Surcin.

The public bidding will be held on October 28, 2021.
