"Putnik" sells the tourist lodgement "Sveti Marko" for more than 17 million euros

Tourist lodgement "Sveti Marko" in Tivat whose owner is the Tourist stock company "Putnik" from Belgrade will be offered for sale by the end of December for 17.280.000 euros.

The sale decision of "Sveti Marko" tourist lodgement made by the executivie board of the "Putnik" should be approved by the company council on 22 of December, said the "Putnik" executive for Montenegro Zlatko Petrovic.

That lodgement has not been in function for 15 years, and since 1991 it was the part of the "Mediterane" club.

"Sveti Marko" lodgement which has the capacity of 1000 beds used to have up to 90.000 overnight stays and annual revenue of 5 million dollars.
