Brushes for Europe - Pro Team Balkan hired additional 21 people in Sid


Sid-based manufacturer of painting and bricklaying tools Pro Team Balkan hired additional 21 people yesterday (August 31, 2010), while the management of that company announced opening of a new unit and expansion of production.
Pro Team Balkan was yesterday visited by Dr. Bojan Pajtic, the Chairman of the Executive Council of Vojvodina, and Miroslav Vasin, the Provincial Secretary for Labor, Employment and Gender Equality, who signed the contract for employment of 21 workers.
- Pro Team Balkan is 100% owned by the namesake German company - CEO Vladimir Benke explained and added that the unit in Sid had been opened in 2008 with six employees.
- Since we are engaged in production and sale of painting and bricklaying tools, our whole production is exported to the countries of the European Union and Russia. We plan to expand production in the following period by opening new units because our export network is spreading towards the countries of former Yugoslavia, as well as to Romania, Greece, Bulgaria, which will lead to creation of new jobs - CEO Benke concluded.
The signing ceremony was attended by Sid Mayor Natasa Cvjetkovic, as well as by Vaclav Hout, the Director General of German Pro Team Balkan.
