"Droga" and "Kolinska" to buy 75% of "Grand prom" - € 52.5 million ?

Slovenian food companies "Droga" and "Kolinska", which are facing integration, announced that they planned to buy company "Grand Prom". Slovenian companies will pay € 52.5m for share of 75% of "Grand Prom", €45.5m of which will be paid in cash, whereas € 7m will be paid in stocks of integrated company.

However, the owner of "Grand Prom" announced that his company would enter strategic partnership with companies "Droga" and "Kolinska", not that it would be sold to those companies.
