Slovenian company "Cimos" bought a Factory of unfetters in Jasa Tomic

Slovenian company "Cimos" from Kopra bought for 112 millions dinars a Factory of unfetters dd in Jasa Tomic, which is in bancrupcy.

The contract of sale between the temporary manager of the Republican Agency for privatization, Zorica Zaric, and the buyer from Slovenia, will be attested in Zrenjanin court.

The factory of unfetters, named populary "Forge", was in so-called working bankrupcy from 1996 to 2000, and from 200 till the sale in total bankrupcy.
