Leskovac gets shopping center worth EUR 6m - Energogroup started construction on August 19th

Energogroup started construction of 6 million euros worth of shopping center in Leskovac yesterday (August 19, 2010). The facility at 5,200 square meters will open its doors for first buyers in December 2010.

- The anchor tenant in the new shopping center will be Mercator S, which plans to open Roda hypermarket in it. The facility will also host other stores, as well as bank and post offices, coffee shop, pharmacy - Energogroup CEO Dejan Brankovic told eKapija and added that the negotiations with interested companies were underway.

Brankovic points out that 100 citizens of Leskovac will get job in this shopping center, as well as that the facility should be finished prior to December 12th.

Belgrade-based Energogroup is the author of the project and the main contractor for the works on the shopping center in Leskovac, while Energodesign Properties is the investor.
