Novi Pazar Seeking Contractor for Construction of Social Housing Building – Job Worth RSD 136.85 Million

The City of Novi Pazar has advertised the procurement of the works on the construction of a social housing building, in line with the project of support of the European Union and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) for social housing and active inclusion in towns and municipalities in Serbia, worth EUR 14.2 million.

The facility in Novi Pazar, for which location requirements have already been obtained and for which a building permit is being sought, will be located in Sutjeska Street and have seven floors.

The facilities which were previously located on the parcel and which were also used for the purposes of social housing were destroyed in a fire, according to the technical specification of the project.

The building will be an office-residential facility, with a commercial space on the ground floor and social service workshops.

The facility is planned to feature pellet-based heating.

The estimated value of the works is RSD 136.85 million, and bids may be sent by September 15.
