Invej sold Srbolek's shares to Nis-based EI Test

Zemun-based Invej has sold 9.4% of shares of pharmaceutical company Srbolek to EI Test in Nis for about 9 million dinars.
This block transaction took place on Froday (August 13, 2010). The price per share was RSD 100. Srbolek is managed by Nis-based MD Nini, which owns nearly 25% of that pharmaceutical company. Before aforementioned transaction, Invej had the same ownership share as MD Nini.
