Central Securities Registry registered Sojaprotein's issue of shares

People who invested in Becej-based Sojaprotein can freely dispose of a part of the company's shares starting from today (August 16, 2010). After the assembly of shareholders of Sojaprotein made the decision in June to convert part of the retained profit from earlier years to share capital, that new issue of shares was officially registered with the Central Securities Registry on August 13th.

Part of the retained profit from previous years in amount of 1.03 billion dinars is converted to the share capital through the issue of 2,223,540 new shares, which means that every shareholder obtained 0.2917 new shares for each share he or she already owns.

Sojaprotein currently has 9,844,844 common shares. With Friday's price of RSD 745 per share, the company's market capitalization amounts to 7.33 billion dinars (69.9 million euros).
