Procurement of 800 New Modern Bikes for Postal Workers by the End of the Year

The Post of Serbia has the largest organized cycling network in Serbia, which is used for postal deliveries, primarily in Vojvodina.

– That is why one of our priorities is to upgrade the postal network by the end of the year and to modernize it by procuring close to 800 new modern bikes, both standard and electric ones, which should provide better working conditions for our postal workers and a better service for our clients – said Zoran Djordjevic, the acting director of the Post of Serbia.

According to their website, by insisting of environmentally-friendly ways of delivery, they are preserving and taking care of the environment to the benefit of all citizens.

– Also, as a socially responsible company, the Post of Serbia supports the development of sports and initiatives which increase the awareness of the benefits of physical activity and promote healthy lifestyles. Cycling, as a sport for all generations and an activity which connects our citizens through the Post of Serbia network, has a special importance for us – Djordjevic added.
