Long-term bonds of NLB Bank on Belgrade Stock Exchange from August 18th

Belgrade Stock Exchange announced yesterday (August 10, 2010) that trading in long-term coupon bonds of NLB Bank Belgrade would start on August 18th.

Total volume of the issue amounts to 461 million dinars, that is, 4,610 bonds whose nominal value is RSD 100,000. The interest rate on these bonds is 5% and it will be paid every six months. These bonds represent the first long-term securities that will be trade on the Belgrade Stock Exchange by the method of continuous trade. As Belgrade-based Nova Ljubljanska Banka (NLB) announced earlier, complete issue of bonds is sold to seven domestic and one foreign professional investor, pension funds and insurance companies.

By the way, Nova Ljubljanska Banka's market share in Serbia amounts to 2%, while its assets amounted to 46.2 billion dinars at the end of June 2010.
