Ratko Mitrovic Dedinje Offered for RSD 105 Million

The company Ratko Mitrovic Dedinje in bankruptcy has been put up for sale at an initial price of RSD 105.1 million, the bankruptcy supervisor announced.

The disputed rights, which are subject to lawsuits, as well as receivables and real estate in an unfinished residential building, are listed as the most important pieces of property of this company.

The first sale of this company will take the form of a public bidding, which is scheduled for September 1.

Ratko Mitrovic Dedinje is a company whose core activity is the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. It has been in bankruptcy since November 2017.
