Meat industry Matijevic takes over Mlintest's shares

After last week's big transaction that consolidated its ownership of milling company Mlintest, Meat industry Matijevic, the majority owner of that company, has submitted a bid for takeover of the remaining shares that are not in its possession.

At the price of 20,000 dinars per share, the bidder wants to buy remaining 13.48% of shares, and the offer will be open from today (August 6, 2010) until August 26th.

Mlintest's business incomes in 2009 amounted to RSD 482.7m and the company turned the net profit of 23 million dinars last year. With the price of 20,000 dinars per share, the company's market capitalization is worth 212.8 million dinars (2 million euros).
