Looking for Designer of New Tourist Features in Lepenski Vir – Plan Includes Construction of Wharf, Ethno Apartments, Visitors Center…

The Municipality of Majdanpek has opened the tender for the preparation of the technical documentation for the construction and development of features in the tourist area of the Lepenski Vir archaeological site.

As eKapija reported before, on an area of around 64.70 ha, an international passenger boat terminal, ethno apartments, a visitors center, traffic routes and the accompanying utility infrastructure are to be built.

The subject of the procurement procedure are the preliminary design, the preliminary project, the project for the construction permit and the final project.

The project task specifies that the technical documentation may be prepared by a planning organization with a license for designing in protected areas, issued by the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure.

The public procurement procedure, which is open until August 16, is being carried out as an open procedure.
