Brnabic: Investment Group Goldman Sachs Considering Investments in Serbia

(Illustration) The American investment group Goldman Sachs is considering its first investment in Serbia, as agreed at a meeting in New York between the prime minister of Serbia, Ana Brnabic, and the top management of the group, RTS reports. Brnabic, who has finished her two-day visit to the U.S, says that “they are not coming just like that” and that “they are not present anywhere in the region”.

– It seems to me that what we’ve managed to get from them is to possibly have a small joint project, for them to see that what we’re saying is true – the prime minister said.

According to her, “when you open that door, it’s a kind of a different perspective”.

Earlier, after her meeting with representatives of IT companies, Brnabic announced investments from three funds in Serbia and jobs for 120 workers.
