The ambassador of Serbia to Turkey, Zoran Markovic, opened the honorary consulate of Serbia in Alanya in the presence of the district governor of Alanya, Fatih Urkmezer, the mayor of Alanya, Adam Murat Yucel, and the honorary consul, Oktay Karaca.

Ambassador Markovic pointed out that Alanya is a very important region of Turkey with a great potential, which is visited by an increasing number of residents of Serbia each year. He added that he firmly believed that Oktay Karaca is the right choice for an honorary consul, according to the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Oktay Karaca pointed out that he was honored to be chosen by Serbia to be the honorary consul in Alanya.
