"Coca-Cola" improved the offer for taking over 10.87% shares

The company "Coca-Cola HBC Balkan Holding B.V." issued today (23 July 2010) a notice of the changes related to the offer of taking over the remaining 10.87% shares of "Coca-Cola Hellenic."

The most important change in the offer that was originally released on 25th of June, is the price that has been enhanced to 5.250 dinars.

Offer is valid until August, 2ns, 2010, and as stated in the notice of the company, they ruled out the possibility of further changes and improvements to the offer.
