No import of vehicles older than eight in Montenegro starting February 1st

Starting February 2006, the import of vehicles older than eight would not be possible in Montenegro, assistant of the Minister of TRansportation, Radoš Šućur, announced.
He said that 18,854 used automobiles had been imported to Montenegro in 2005, 10,318 of which are older than 10.
However, Šućur stated that the old automobiles were not the main reason for big number of traffic accidents in Montenegro. (Tanjug)
