Second auction sale of Bicycle Factory "Partizan" from Subotica failed - 410,000 EUR

Subotica-based bicycle factory "Partizan" was not sold on the second auction. This time, the offered price was lower by 200,000 EUR. The starting price on the second auction was only 410,000 EUR, but even with such price, there was no interested parties.

Bicycle factory has been in crisis for several years, due to loss of the market and impossibility to organize profitable production, so that it was out of work for almost two years.  On the basis of public incomes, i.e. those expenses that are present even if the factory is not in the function, the debts of "Partizan" reached the amount of nearly 85 million CSD prior to the end of 2004.
