Postponement of sale of the complex "Inex Golden Coast" in Sutomore

Opening bids for the purchase of real estate and equipment of hotel and tourist complex "Inex Golden Coast" in Sutomore, in Montenegro, was postponed for 19th of September, announced the Privatization agency.

Invitation to interested buyers was published in May 2010, after several unsuccessful attempts to sell the complex owned by the Belgrade "Inex-intereksport" which is in the restructuring process.

Bid opening was scheduled for 30th of July.

Starting price for the tourist complex in Sutomore was 11.3 million EUR, and the deadline for submitting applications for participation in the competition is 9th of September, with a deposit of 2.3 million EUR.

There are 63 buildings offered on sale, in the area of about 9,000 and a garage of 405 square meters, and the buyer will be obliged to take in permanent employment 59 people.

Holding company "Inex Intereksport" is in the restructuring process from February 2008, and it has in its property tourist facilities on Brezovica and in Sutomore.
