Office Building for Lease on 6,161 m2, with 56 Underground Parking Spaces, to be Built Next to Genex Tower in New Belgrade

The Secretariat for Urban Planning and Construction of the City of Belgrade has announced the public presentation of the urban plan for the construction of an office building in Block 33 in New Belgrade, right next to the Genex Tower.

The investor in the project is Beoblok 33 d.o.o. from Belgrade, and the project was prepared by another Belgrade-based company, Bates d.o.o.

The facility will have three floors (including the ground floor) plus a loft, on a gross area of 6,161 m2. It will have 56 parking spaces in an underground garage, with car access from Narodnih Heroja Street.

The ground floor of the building will feature a post office, as well as a reception area and two elevators, whereas the upper floors will feature office space that will be leased per floor to one or more tenants.
