Novaston Exclusive Lease Representative at “Revolucija” Office Building

Our company Novaston Asset Management, as part of the Novaston platform, is the exclusive representative for the lease of office space at the “Revolucija” building, with a gross area of around 10,000 square meters, in an extremely attractive location – the intersection of Kralja Aleksandra Blvd and Golsvordijeva Street. The investor in the project is Granit Invest, a company with a rich tradition in the construction industry, whereas the preliminary design was prepared by the renowned Belgrade-based studio Zabriskie.

The luxury office building “Revolucija” follows the latest trends in construction and interior design, with the implementation of environmental standards and COVID-19 prevention elements, such as an inflow of fresh air in conference halls, contactless door opening and similar features.

The future office building “Revolucija” will have a total of 10,000 m2, and the number of floors of “Revolucija” will fit the environment of the Vuk Monument area, so the lower sections, up to the fourth floor, are a connection with the neighboring buildings, whereas the part of the building on the corner toward Trnska Street rises to the height of an eight-story building of 32 meters.

Retail and restaurant space is reserved for the ground floor, whereas the other floors feature A-class office space. The fifth, as well as the last, floor are meant for various events and conferences, as congress centers of a kind. Considering the General Regulation Plan that envisages the expansion of Trnska Street, within the future urban project, the office building will have a semi-closed atrium in the interior, making for a modern space in the heart of the city. Also, considering that it is situated in a high-demand location in the city center, the building has a garage of a capacity of 88 parking spaces.
