Bulgarian "Sofarma’s" offer for procurement of majority package of "Srbolek" failed

Bulgarian company "Sofarma" has not managed to take over majority package of stocks of pharmaceutical company "Srbolek", said Ana Lukić from broker company "Synergy broker", which is the agent of this Bulgarian company. According to the first preliminary results obtained from the Central REgistry, "Sofarma" collected 35% of stocks, which was not enough, so that the offer failed. This "package" of stocks will be returned to the stockholders and the offer for takeover of part of assets of "Srbolek" will be announced again. (Tanjug)
