EBRD Helps the "Atlantic Group" with 70 million EUR - Over "Droga Kolinska" Facilitated the Spread in the Region

The Steering Board of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has made a decision that with 70 million EUR will support Croatia's "Atlantic Group" that the funds be used for taking over the Slovenian "Droga Kolinska".

Croatian manufacturer and distributor of consumer goods "Atlantic Group" got so funds for their expansion in the region.

The EBRD will, as today (July 7, 2010.) Announced that lender, the recapitalization of "Atlantic Group" set aside EUR 30 million and a loan of EUR 40 million is for "Pacific Investment", branch in the 100% owned by Pacific Group .

Slovenian media today say that, according to their knowledge, recapitalization, "Pacific Group" heavy 83 mil EUR.
