"Cekin" from Plandiste the first in Serbia to receive export control number for the European Union

Manufacturing industry "Cekin-Vindija" from Plandiste is the first in Serbia to align the production with veterinary and sanitary regulations of the European Union and therefore received an export control number for exporting meat and poultry products to the markets of the European Union.

After examination of the process and documentation from the farms to the meat industry in Plandiste, Commission of the European Union in Brussels and Commissions of the Belgrade Veterinary Examination Department issued on 21 June, final Decision on assigning the export control number to the factory in Plandiste, in accordance with applicable laws on exporting of products to the European Union, as it was announced by the company "Vindija"

Strict European quality standards are reached in the new modernized factories in the Republic of Serbia in just one year thanks to the great experience of the experts of "Vindija" from Varazdin, who have successfully conveyed the experience of the production in Croation, along with committed work of the Serbian employees of "Vindija".

Business System Vindija from Varazdin has been the owner of the Company for production and trade "Vindija" Lajkovac since early 2009. It`s acting under broiler poultry-farm animal feed factory in Valjevo, the meat industry in Plandiste and the new warehouse-distribution centers in Lajkovac and Nis with the new specialized vehicles for distribution of food products.

In the modernization of farms and the meat industry, modern warehouses and special purpose vehicles and air distribution cabinets at retail locations, has so far been invested more than 22.5 million EUR. Investments have continued and currently in Ruklada area, one of the most modern poultry farms for fattening in the world - the capacity of 320,000 chickens in groups, is being build.
