Serial Production in the Factory of "Yura" in Raca Has Started

The company "Yura" today (July 6, 2010.) the factory in Raca launched production of electrical installations for auto-industry manufacturers intended, for the "Hyundai" and "Kia."
Dinkic, Minister of Economy and Regional Development, in Raca said that the factory will produce more than 20,000 sets of electrical installations monthly and added that the South Corean company "Yura" has become one of the best investors in Serbia.
He recalled that "Yura" in April this year bought the company "Zastava Power" in Raca, where they employed 300 workers and began renovating the factory hall, and added that the facility now employs 820 workers, and that to the end of the year there will be more than a thousand employs.
Deputy Prime Minister announced that the company is going to open a factory in Nis and will get a subsidy of € 7,000 per newly workplace.
Dinkic said that currently awaiting building permits for the plant and added that it is expected to be completed by spring 2011th , and by the end of the year they will employ 1,500 people.
He said that the government subsidy for employment in Rača's "Yuri" was € 4,500 per job, and this amount in Nis will be increased to € 7,000 per employee because, he said, of the serious investor.
Founder and president of "Yura" De Om Jol said that the company has chosen Serbia to be a base for the Europe in the production of electrical installations for auto manufacturers.
- With the support of the Government of Serbia for three months we have done a great job - we bought the factory, renovated facilities, invested, started the production and hired new employees - said Mr.Om
