Vektra M no longer owns chemical industry Župa

Trade Court in Belgrade has made decision on breaking of the sales contract between the Privatization Agency and Vektra M, the buyer of Chemical Industry Župa, due to unfulfilled obligations from the contract.

The problem arose when insufficiently secured dangerous matters, raw materials in production process in Župa, started to leak, so that the Ministry of Science and Environment Protection issued order on announcement of endangerment on territory of the factory. Because of that, 8 million CSD have been set aside from the budget of Serbia for rehabilitation.
