Panic buttons in Taxi vehicles in Belgrade ?

Taxi associations are thinking about introduction of so-called Panic buttons as a form of protection from robbers.

By pressing the button, the driver would activate camera and the picture from the automobile would soon appear on the screen in the dispatching center. By means of GPRS technology the operatives would locate vehicle and make the Police job much easier.

Such system is already in operation in Manchester.
