NIS Planning Demolition of Hotel in Becici and Construction of a New Facility on the Coastline – Company Seeking Partner for Realization of Investment

Naftna industrija Srbije (NIS) has opened a public call for the registration of an interest in the development and an optional management of a hotel with at least four stars on the Montenegrin coastline. The location is on a parcel along the sea, on one of the most popular sand beaches in Becici.

The existing Hotel Becici, owned by NIS, is to be fully torn down and replaced with a whole new, modern and functional hotel with at least four stars. The hotel is located on a parcel of 33,694 m2. Since hotel management is not the company’s core activity, they are looking for experienced and reputable organizations, potential partners interested in investing in the development of said investment, through a strategic partnership with NIS.

A registration of interest needs to be sent by email to representatives of NIS along with contact information on the interested party and its representatives. The mediators who want to present this investment opportunity to their existing or potential clients may also send a registration of interest in the same way.

After NIS representatives receive the registrations of interest, the applicants will be sent additional information and instructions.
