GODFREY: New activities by DFC for small and medium enterprises coming soon

In the coming weeks, new activities of the U.S. International Development Financial Corporation (DFC) can be expected in the field of bank guarantees for small and medium enterprises in Serbia, said the U.S. Ambassador Anthony Godfrey.

The ambassador added that these activities are being carried out in order to underpin the clear commitment of the United States to what they believe in - that small and medium enterprises are the best engine for the country's economic growth.

- We want to focus on that and it will be a big part of the success we are striving for - Godfrey said in the Serbian Government after signing the amendment to extend the development partnership between the U.S. Government and the Ministry of European Integration, which includes an additional $ 22m in grants to Serbia in 2021.
